Passkeys and updates

Passkey support has been added with this update. Once signed in go to My Settings and create a passkey. If you have a passkey, it will be auto-prompted on the log in page.

• Vehicle deactivation is now deletion - delete vehicles will be removed from accounts immediately

• Phone numbers shown in local format - (123) 456-7890 - instead of international format - +11234567890

• Various UI tweaks
